Yummie 👍🏻😊Hi Manjula ji, Can you please suggest me mixer grinder for our Indian dishes.?
Manjulaji, what grinder do you use for dry grinding for spices and wet grinding small quantities, eg. ginger paste or chili paste etc?

You make it look so easy….
I really like the combination of flours you use for these paratha. rawa makes them crispy and besan makes them melow so they don't feel dry when you eat.
Looks great. Happy new year!
I have to cut down on carbs, I've found recipes for chapattis that use 1 part besan and 1 part atta. Can this be made with more of those and not include the semolina? Thanks.
