What else could be substituted with Eno?
Question. Is that Green Chutney Pudina Chutney aka Mint Chutney for South Indian dishes such as Dosa, Idli, Medu Vada etc… Do you have recipe of green chutney for this uttapam???? I do know South Indian chutneys are made with urad daal like tomato onion and peanut Chutney etc….. I prefer Tomato Chutney for my dosa and idli etc… Tomato chutney pairs well with Sambar as well.
