  1. It's great what you're doing here — I've been doing a similar thing with my family since lockdown started and times got harder. One thing I notice is a massive price difference though!!

I can cook a good healthy meal now for about 1 GBP!! Sometimes less if its something like a special fried rice.

But even this dish you made today — it's probably no more than 10GBP or around 15 dollars in the UK!!

  2. I’ve never cooked pork tenderloin before, but I have two in my freezer. I’ve been sitting there as I waited for a recipe to try. I’m gonna give yours a shot🎉🎉

  3. Just sweep the floor to find your screw. Did you find it? Love the energy of the video. Thank you for the passion to model a delicious and inexpensive meal packed with flavors!

  4. I can't believe there are states that charge tax on fresh food. Surprisingly enough it is all the welfare states that take more federal dollars than they contribute are the ones charging the tax. Pretty much all red states. Don't kill the babies, we need to tax the food they eat.

  5. why so many plastic bags? I mean I really like your recipes but all those absolutely unnessessary plastic bags,… potatoes, beans, herbs do absolutely not need plastic….
makes me lose my appetite. I like your shopping videos, but could you make them a little more eco-friendly PLEASE

  6. I love this video so much! There are many videos you post that are killer recipes and fun to make but this one sticks out to me! The shopping, pricing, sticking to a budget and cooking with time management in mind, Um yes please!! This is real life execution of all the most desired skills for me in particular. I love that you keep it fun! I have made this weird a few alterations and it’s an awesome crowd pleaser each time. Keep ‘em coming Billy, may family appreciates you! ❤️

  8. Hello Chef Parisi, thank you for generously sharing your knowledge and techniques. You demonstrate caring for delicious recipes and sensitivity to the times which is admirable. I enjoy following your instructions all the time and wish you the best of times, happy and healthy with your family.

  9. awesome, that's more than doable, and I can use rice flour instead all purpose flour, cause I can't have gluten, rest of it was all brilliant

  10. I live in Arkansas. The tax in the middle of the state is 9.75%. So basically 10.00 dollars on each hundred. You would think that with us ranking at 49 on the scale of the poorest states that it might be different. I love Arkansas, have lived here my entire life, but dislike the political outlook of the majority of my state. Thanks again for sharing this.

  11. A great recipe and very economical for a family of 4. Considering the cost of all the products you had at home, especially the milk and butter, you're for sure over $25. But still, an excellent meal for a very reasonable price.

  12. Love it! Hands up walk away good man!! I'm totally trying this. Everything I've learned from you Chef has been awesome! Thank you thank you thank you!!

  13. I love these videos. so practical… Hey Billy, could you show one day how to cook "Crispy Smashed Potatoes" – They're NOT Mashed… a restaurant near me makes them… they're little potatoes that are cooked, and then smashed with a press and then grilled to perfection… they come out rather thin but skin on in tact with S&P on them… so freaking good.
