  2. Weโ€™re still watching this wonderful cooking channel, takes me back to Mrs โ€œSinghโ€™sโ€ Aurora kitchen. Her roti was just to die for. Then the family moved to Texas. I havenโ€™t had any roti that good since. Thanks Manjula for the recipe and how to cook them delicious roti.

  3. 16 years later… thank you ๐Ÿ˜‰ You say half a cup of flour and half a cup of water. but they don't seem to be the same sized cups… any tips on the actual measurements… sorry to ask, but when I cook I would like to make sure I have no excuse for getting it wrong ;0) thank you

  5. Mine did not puff up and also, i don't have a skillet pan i used a big pan thing and i used flour called chakki fresh atti which i think might be different and mine are nothing like yours up until i fried them.

    The preparation worked and looked like yours – maybe the flour is incorrect?
