  1. Good morning, Chef. I am a college student who will be making your recipe for a class presentation.
    I have a few questions about your recipe. 1. the video shows 9 egg yolks and the recipe calls for 6
    2. The recipe calls for 2 1/2 cups heavy cream and you incorporated 3 cups in the video
    3. The recipe does not call for vanilla flavor as per the video depicts 1tsp vanilla extract. I hope you can answer my questions. Thank you!
