  1. Manjula this is very creative. I’ve cooked a version of this all together for a breakfast dish but never a chaat with the chutney!!! I will surely try this week as I have visitors. Thank you.

    I do have one question: I soak for only 1/2 hr to 45 minutes – is there an advantage to soaking overnight??
