well, I made a few mistakes… the dough was too soft (my fault), too thin, filing too hot and probably a little water in potatoes (I used to cool them with cold water). So I had to face some difficulties, but eventually I fried them and they were delicious. Thanks for the recipe π

The dough outside obviously get crunchy like Samosa but does the dough rolled inside get crunchy or remains somewhat soft?
Can we bake them instead of frying?
