  1. Thanks. My friend makes this with less milk and makes it thicker. She spreads it out in a pan and let's it cool. It can then be cut into pieces that hold their shape. Cardamom is my absolute favorite flavor. By the way, if you don't have saffron you can color it with a bit of turmeric. That tastes good too.
