  2. As soon as I saw you dropped the salmon with a hashbrown layer I said Uh Oh.. not good.

    even with a smaller salmon piece I still think the potatoes will go everywhere.

    What about baking then broiling to get a brown crust?

  3. Oh la laaaa! Billy, this was WONDERFUL!!! I have the pickiest eater/gourmet, ever … my husband. I made the whole dish with the "italian spinach" side dish and we both just loooved it. I had a super special mustard a friend gave to me from the "mustard museum" in Cologne, Germany and this was just the perfect occasion to use it for the 1st time.   4. This looks AMAZING Billy!! I wish I had seen this before. I made a large sockeye salmon filet the other day. This recipe would have been amazing for it. Can’t wait to get another one at the grocery store!!
