  1. Good, but it looks like they didn’t remove the membrane before cooking. The membrane becomes very rubbery when cooked. Needs to be removed first.

  2. Here’s a tip: after getting them out from the slow cooker— rub some bbq in those bad boys and broil them on high for a minute.

It’ll give you those grill like Crispy outsides

  3. my fav ribs recipe, my husband loves it, its been a while but im so glad i found this video again, will make it this weekend since its been requested

  4. My slow cooker must be possessed. Make that both of my slow cooker's. It never cooks as slow and steady as it shows. Also, I understand why people say that you need to broil them and they definitely don't come out beautiful and crispy on the outside but we have experienced if there's not very much liquid that the top will definitely turn a nice color. In fact there's some dude who cook a chuck steak in the slow cooker with nothing but salt M although it turned it the consistency of pot roast, we did it the next day and were shocked at the color on the meat. Again, completely different than broiling or grilling but there was definitely some caramelization. Just type in chuck steak in a slow cooker and it's some dude who pops it in there for 3 1/2 hours.

  5. I love spicy food, but this was too spicy for my husband, and for me since I wanted bbq ribs and not spicy ribs. The recipe should not have that much cayenne AND chili powder. Maybe one of those should have been paprika? I'm going back to my old slow cooker bbq ribs recipe because this is not it.

  6. Take it one step further. Remove the bone from the ribs, add to a small tortilla(1-1 1/2 ribs worth of meat), pickled onions, corn and mango salsa

  7. They are still very good out of the slow cooker, but if you really want them crispy and brown, broil them on high in the oven for about 3 – 5 minutes after the slow cooker. As far as ingredients, I use Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and garlic powder. Very delicious.

  8. This has become one of our go-to party foods since moving into an apartment and not being able to grill. We throw them under the broiler for a few minutes to get a nice scald on them. Fantastic.

  9. This does work! Followed this exact recipe, with a 4quart crock pot. On low 8hrs. I used Sweet Baby Ray's (sweet 'n spicy) BBQ sauce. Carefully removed w/tongs. Laid them on a baking sheet under a 400° broiler for 8min. Perfect.

  10. I rarely comment, but must comment on the perfection of your video.  Straight to it and no mucking around.  Loved it.  Well done

  11. OK, these were just beyond belief delicious. By far the best ribs I've ever had and the best thing I've ever cooked in a slow cooker. I have forwarded this recipe to every meat lover I know! Thank you for the amazing recipe!
