These look like a meal! For a side dish, one of my favorite ways to eat spaghetti squash is with a little butter and cinnamon. The nutty taste of the squash blends beautifully with the salt in the butter and cinnamon.

We eat spaghetti squash instead of pasta to avoid the calories and the simple carbohydrates. You recipes easily exceed 800 calories a person, if not more. So why not use a box of pasta?
