Hey in the video on marinading they literally said fat(oil) is a part of marinade… Here they are saying avoid oil!! .. wtf?
2:03 Is that the Jeep symbol I see etched into the handle! Pretty neat!
One of the recipes used chicken thighs
some people still think they can make chicken breast "juicy". Haizzzzzzzzzz. If chicken breast can be juicy, there is no such thing called "gravy"
Add sugar and a bit of honey
Sorry but wouldnt spice rub penetrate well if you give the raw chicken cuts first??
Marinating actually does very little for the meat. Overdoing it can actually do more harm than good. A dry brine is the best solution. It's only salt that penetrates into meat.
My chicken secret is cooking it with avocado oil mmmmhmmm
Wao it looks very yummy 😋
I Don’t think salt should be part of a dry rub. because if you only put dry rub on your meet you won’t know how much salt you put. I could be a smaller amount and since the only way to put more salt is with more rub it will be over seasoned. Salt should be separate
is it lodge cast iron pan and what would the size be ?
Looks so yummy
In your other video you said use olive oil for marinading ( along with sugar, acid, seasoning), in this your don't olive oil because oil and meat don't get along?? 😐
The first chicken looks kinda dry.
delicious….😋😋😋😋
This looks so delicious
atleast u guys didnt use wine…
or beer…

"Once the internal temperature has reached"… FFS, if I was just using a thermometer to stick into the chicken, I wouldn't need a video.
In this video she says dont use oil, and in another video (marinade video) she says oil is essential lol, make up your mind woman…

Spice rubs was good…. Made it today… But use less of spices….here they are using alot alot alot
the voice fry in your videos is annoying
TBH I don't wanna eat that chicken breast at all, looked hideous. The chicken thigh on the other hand looked delicious.
Me and everyone in my family: Red chilli powder,Tumaric powder, salt, pepper,Garlic powder . CLASSIC CHICKEN CURY. (In my house)
This was very helpful….tried the spicy option and it was muuaah!!!😍
Step 1: Don’t eat chicken breast. Substitute with thighs. Mike drop.
Poultry is a great word. Chicken conjours up memories of tasteless dry chicken breasts. "Tofu of the animal kingdom'.
Poultry = Peking duck, crispy skin chicken thighs, fried chicken…..
Very easy to prepare
key is juicy
Okay seriously i love this but add the quantity!!!!
Every cooking show: Golden brown
Me: That’s Friking BURNT, not even close to golden brown
In tasty's video of how to marinade, oil was part of the marinade whereas in this video u r saying it shouldn't be done….so confused…
love chicken breast
I’d make a seasoning paste with a Knorr chicken stock cube and olive oil. It’s good for me.

I LOVE how I can find a quick video on how to cook/bake basic things. This chicken rub recipe is great! Doing the marinade tonight & adding pineapple to serve with the rice, since it seems to have some Hawaiian flavors. Thank you so much for doing these videos!
