  1. I have a Thai basil plant that is HUGE but I have been scared to make anything Thai, let alone my ultimate favorite, Drunken noodle. Even your chicken looks like my favorite take out place, you just saved me about $60 a month in take out 😋 (probably healthier too)

  2. fyi, the original drunken noodle doesn't have ginger in it. In fact, ginger is not really much of an integral flavour in general Thai cooking (although it does get used in some Chinese-Thai dishes). Other than that it is impressive looking.
