    ◇for chicken:

    Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook it on pan with some olive oil till light brown and white

    ◇for the pasta:

    Boil the pasta as per instructions

    ◇For sauce:

    In a pan, add:

    Olive oil 3tbsp
    Shallot 1 large
    Garlic 6 cloves
    Salt a pinch

    Fry till yellow then add:

    Flour 3 tbsp
    Coconut milk 1 can
    Chicken stock 1 cup
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Salt 2 tsp
    Pepper 1 1/2 tsp

    Cook until it thickens
    Then, add the sauce in the pasta and mix and top with chicken pieces and parsley

  2. Made this and don’t know if it’s the coconut milk I used, but it definitely did taste very coconut-y. It was a bit of a turn off for me at first but I got used to it and ended up liking it after a few bites. Not like the classic “american” alfredo sauce, but the taste was nice if you like coconut based sauces!

    Olive oil
    1 Shallot/Red Onions
    6 cloves garlic
    1 can coconut milk
    Salt & Pepper
    Lemon juice from half Lemon ish

  4. Guys, if you know this, please respond ASAP!! My moms birthday is on monday, and I only use Rice Milk!! Can I substitute the Coconut Milk with Rice Milk, or no??

  5. Came looking for a vegan recipe cause I really didn’t want to have to make a separate meal for myself and my girl (a meat eater). Best of both worlds
