  2. If it ain't messy, it ain't good! I absolutely love every aspect of this! That marinade looks phenomenal, and I'll probably be making that mayo this weekend! I grew up with roasted onions like that for a Sunday roast, and I could almost taste them while watching. Also, there's a Mason Jar of bacon fat on my counter, just so we're on the same page 😉 It makes me sad with diners tho… Where I grew up in NYC, we had at least 6, and now there's only 1. I eat there at least once a week to support them, and hope they aren't going anywhere.
