The EASIEST Way to Melt Chocolate at Home

1. I think I'm broken the thought of listening to the nasty microwave hum vs the gentle rumble of a boil has me cringing. It may take less time but for purely sensory reasons I'll be using a double boiler.

5. This is exactly what I do for chocolate covered strawberries! So so easy – I blitz the chips while I prep the berries

6. I use a splash of any "milk" I have to melt it quicker. Also like, learn from my mistakes and don't lick the spoon after stirring and then go back in to mix it. You end up with water in it causing it to curdle 😅
