  1. So I was watching Rocco Di Spiritos tv show this morning and he said chicken skin doesn't add anything to fried chicken but fat. He says the crispiness is entirely in the breading. So he skinned the chicken and threw the skins away… And then breaded the actual meat instead. Obviously he was cooking real chicken not a vegetarian version but it makes me think that you could simplify a veggie mock chicken by focussing on the breading rather than the skin… Just a thought.

  2. I made this before and they are incredibly good! Unfortunately, I can only have very little of it since they cause me migraines. But honestly, they're a treat for my friends and family.
