  2. I'm wondering if that water tastes "bean-y" at all. I mean I would hate to buy chickpeas, which I normally don't use, and spend all the time to make the meringues only to have them taste beany or have a beany aftertaste.

  7. Just found your video! I just tried using aquafaba in my chickpea omelet…Usually the batter I make from the chickpea flour is quite dense and flat, but whipping the aquafaba and adding it to the batter gave me a fluffier, more "egg-like" omelet texture! Gotta love that bean water!!
