  1. Bam! That’s how it’s done, Chef Billy! Those side dishes look delicious and something even I could do! Thank you for always keeping your recipes easy to follow!

  2. Chef Billy, I'm a subscribed and huge fan of your channel, 👏but can't help feel that the cooking suggestions are basically instructions to use all the stuff we're advised to reduce our intake of – fat, salt and sugar? I do agree the veggies will all taste better for it, but perhaps not the implied health message? (I grant you credit for the herb garnish!)👏

  3. The carrot dish looks fabulous. I can’t wait to make it. Years ago a favorite restaurant, no longer in business, served an orange glazed carrot dish. It was unbelievable. I’ve never been able to duplicate. Squash looks really nice. I’d probably like cardboard cooked in bacon fat with blue cheese. I’m just not Brussels Sprouts fan. Thank you.

  5. 2 out of 3 vegetable recipes have a ton of added sugar.. no wonder why people in this country are so unhealthy.. Like you're a good chef Billy. There are hundreds and hundreds of vegetable recipes that are easy and delicious and don't require added sugar. I don't get it.
