What brand meatless meat and where did you purchase it ?
So I am new to this vegan thing. Like 2 weeks new. And being a newly vegan I have been trying to learn more recipes that I truly enjoy. Things that I could cook when I craved fast food. As someone who loves to experiment in the kitchen when I saw this video I said let’s give it a go. Well I have 2 points to make . One after following your recipe to a T everything came out looking very very good. I was so so excited to try this new creation… which leads me to my second point.

My husband who will eat anything did not even want to eat it. I went through all that trouble from making the seitan to well everything to be utterly disappointed. So sad I had high hopes.
