  6. That looks wonderful, thank you very much, I will buy some besan flour and try this recipe tonight. Can I ask you some questions: I'm not sure if I will get rice flour here, could I do this recipe without the rice flour? Or substitute it with something else? And: did you oil the skillet before adding the batter at 5:17? Can you even make this in a stainless steel pan or is it neccessary to have a non-stick pan?
