manjula,thanks for the recipe. I tweaked it a bit by adding a hot green pepper and a leek. I also split three cardamom seeds, and it was the best vegan soup I've ever made. I love spicy food, and am slowly bringing my husband and young son into the kitchen and involving them in the cooking, and they also absolutely loved this soup. Thanks again and please keep uploading your delicious recipes xx
