  1. I want a cookbook!!!! Love your recipes. What I usually have for lunch are leftovers. One of my favorite things to have is a roasted veggie sandwich. Sky is the limit on the veg, a crumble of vegan feta and crusty bread. Perfection.

  2. Hey just an asian advice for rice – ideally with wok for heat distribution – but better to take our the veggies before adding rice so that each grain has contact with direct heat for better texture – then throw back veggies. You probably know this since this is a casual day for you 🙂

  3. I work as a cook and we get to eat there, so if we happen to have a vegan soup on (sometimes my co worker will make it for me) I’ll have that, or I eat a salad with pomodoro sauce (weird I know) and I bring fruit and sometimes I eat our focaccia bread that I make everyday 🙂
    Or I’ll make a vegan pizza which everyone loves

  4. for breakfast I prepare overnight oats. sometimes with apple, right now I love blueberries and strawberries with it. and for lunch I always cook three portions of pasta or something I can eat cold for the next day. so one day ahead I eat one portion in the evening, my husband gets one and the third one is my lunch for tomorrow. I always eat it cold because hot lunch at work makes me tired 😀

    I love to take steamed sweet potato with me (or rice) + veggies in tomato sauce(i make a big batch for several days) + a tub of hummus

  6. Lunch/Dinner this week is a DIY of Cheesecake Factorys Avocado Guac Salad. Ommmggg delisssshhhh and a Bentoish box lol it's Gyoza, stir fry veg and Edamame. Breakfast has been either overnight oats or a green drink 😋

  7. i like taking stirfries/mexican bowls (i.e. random protein with random grain with lots of veggies) or chickpea "tuna" salad sandwiches for lunches!

  8. Thanks for admitting to eating Annie's bunny gummies 🙂 I love those too and I'm well into my forties. I was not disappointed at all that my son doesn't like them because of their texture. Thanks for a great video! I feel that you represent well what modern, healthy living can look like.

  9. for lunch, I like to take a veggie burrito with red kidney beans, corn, some diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, romaine, and avocado. I assemble the burrito at school. i definitely get some weird looks

  10. for a while I'm making almost every day chia pudding with chocolate soya milk, frozen berries and musli. the best. but for a lunch I take just leftovers from dinner or I'm going to the canteen (I'm still quite lazy to make a lunch everyday).
