Loved it 👌🏼 I added carrots along with some finely chopped onion. Tasted awesome!!! Thank you for this super quick and delicious recipe Manjula aunty:) you’re the best♥️
This is a great and easy recipe. I bet quartered tomatoes would go good in this too! Or any other vegetable of your liking! Very yummy. Thanks for sharing!
Very good recipe. I loved watching this at office !! will go home and prepare this to see how it will turn out. Thank you Manjula.-(Pushparani from Sri Lanka)
I'm so grateful to Manjula Aunty and to YouTube for this recipe video! It comes out exactly as Manjula Aunty's (as long as you follow her step by step!) and its super delicious! 🙂
zucchini is cultivated in Europe and America unfortunately I've not heard of it India. Yellow color summer squash is the closest I can relate to with zucchini in India. Summer squash in Hindi is called "Torai". Hope this helps 🙂
Hi manjula, i just tried this zucchini rice recipe! It is very good! Please give us more recipes with zucchini, squashes, etc! Thanks for all your good recipes! Be Blessed!
I agree with chatterjeemadhura. I was going to write the same thing! Your recipes are easy to follow and I love how your camera person zooms in on everything so I can see exactly how things SHOULD
I wanted to share that jasmine rice is very similar to basmati if you can't find it, both are very expensive now, unfortunately. Also, zucchini is a summer squash, so I'm sure it can be substituted with the yellow squash, but I wouldn't use the winter squashes which have a rind, unless you want to bake them and scoop the meat for use in the recipe.
It is gorgeous – my two absolute favorite foods in one pot – it is so soft! Wonderful – thank you so much. It will become my number ONE***
great video so delicious ! <3
Suggestion: add some garam masala powder, if it is pulav then some cashews too. And little green color and green chillies.
Wonderful thank you so much,

@sarahelswick It should not make any difference if you bay leaves or not. Most of the people cannot find any difference in taste.
@nahia2008
you can use oil or soy butter.
Oh man, I could smell that from here. Not a big fan of Indian food usually but this looks good. Thanks for the video.
I made it just the way you said except I didn't use any butter, and it tastes amazing! Thanks for sharing!
