Just a quick question you said 30 minutes high pressure !! I do have the same pressure cooker on the manual it indicating 12 minutes cooking for stew tell me if you quoted mi wrong on this recipe I need to know. Now on the funny side your french is really poor …… Last I hope you pay high fees to that poor videographer with out him you will have no channel please pay the guy…….. I’ve served leftover beef burgundy over potato pancakes made from loaded smashed potatoes leftovers.
