  1. I am glad you are adding clarity to your early episodes. YouTube was different then of course, and even as good as that food is, updating the process is very welcome. Maybe you can do cannoli's again.

  2. Can you make the caramel apple part a couple of hours before finishing the dessert of in the oven? So, with the apple mixture cooled down (like room temperature or so), put the puff pastry on it right before you want to bake it. And let it bake during dinner so you can serve warm right after dinner? Or would you have to reheat the apple mixture first?

  4. Thanks Laura. I’m making a pumpkin spice bread pudding tomorrow or I’d give this a go. I usually make banana tarte tatin that I had in England a few years ago and fell in love with but it’s always great to go back to a classic.
