I've been searching for the perfect waffle fries cutter for a long tines until I came across the company Borner kitchen accessories, they have a XXL waffle wave cutter and a regular waffle wave cutter with 3 different size of waffle cut. Im currently living in Cyprus so I got my waffle cutters from the company Borner in Greece. (there services are by far the best, the delivery is so fast and I highly recommend this company Borner Greece).

  2. Before I get to the part where they figure out what the problem is, I'm going to guess that the problem is that the blade doesn't make/have deep enough trenches. Like the wavy pattern in the blade should be deeper.

  3. Waffle fried have less crispy area than regular fries. In fact the thinner the firs the more crispy area per volume of potato. However Is crispy area the be all an end all of the fry game ???? Hell no. And the waffliness of these fries allow them to take up more ketchup or any other sauce you choose to slather on them. And so a+b+c = maximum for waffle fries.

    Greetings from India.
    I love your burger/sandwich recipes.
    I have a request for you for 2 of my favourite burgers.
    One is TGIF's Signature Tennessee Whiskey Glazed Burger and the other one is Nando's Nandocas Choice Burger (Garlic Bread + Coleslaw + Peri Peri Chicken Breast + Cheese)
    It would be great if you can guide us with home made Garlic Peri Peri Sauce too… and the Whiskey Glaze…
    Seems like bit of a challenge but hope you are up for it… 🙂
