  1. I gotta say Bangers and Mash has always been my favourite dish of all time, loved by the British (like myself)🇬🇧and the Irish🇮🇪too.
    This recipe has taken this dish right up to the next level👍awesome job Laura. 👍

  2. For the mash:

    2lb of Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks

    1 cup of Heavy Cream

    4 Tbsp of Salted Butter

    Salt and Pepper to taste

    For the remaining ingredients:

    4 Large Sausages (or 8 smaller ones)

    1 Yellow Onion, very thinly sliced

    3 Cloves of Garlic, minced

    2 Tbsp of Flour

    2 Tbsp of Butter

    Drizzle of Olive Oil

    1/2 cup of Dry Red Wine

    1 cup of Beef Stock

    Few Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Chopped Parsley
