  1. Sam, buy Kitchen Bouquet to add to your gravy to darken it. We also have always brushed it on the turkey before putting it in the oven. Generations in the family have done this…..try it.

  2. My Asian friends make duck for Thanksgiving. It's smaller (like chix) so is good for a smaller group. You can stuff it wild rice stuffing and serve w/Chinese flavored sweet potatoes (I have a recipe). Super yum!

  3. You can't go to the grocery store last minute on Thanksgiving Day, because the store is closed. But sure, I will watch the video, because it is YOU cooking. I love to see you cook.

  5. Sam, I had never spatchcocked before, but tried it for the first time with a 20lb turkey after watching your video. Now, 2 weeks later, I did this exact dish with a chicken. I've speatchcocked twice and it has been amazing both times. Thanks for the how-to.
