  1. If you add some cream cheese to your cheese mixture, it holds it together easier for you, won’t be as dry and has a better overall taste. We’ve also done pepperoni and mozzarella stuffed pretzels with either homemade marinara sauce, garlic butter or ranch and we’ve also done a jalapeño and cream cheese stuffed pretzel before! We love pretzels!

  2. Laura – what would be your advice about having friends over, who don't know how to even boil water – NOT me- I want to teach them – a dinner party where they can feel included and learn? I know that's a big ask. – Jake from Chicago

  3. Omg these look amazing. Also laura YES you can get beer cheese soup at Kitchen 87 in Mt. Holly NJ! It's amazing. They use a local brewery and it's a porter cheddar cheese soup. You gotta go!

  4. They look incredible. I just have a little suggestion. Purchase food grade lye off of Amazon, I can share the link of the one I use, to make authentic German pretzels and I'll promise you'll never use baking soda for pretzels again. Also, if you are interested i can send you a couple of authentic German cheese dips/spreads if you would like to try them. ❤ but I will definitely make those pretzels. They look aaaamazing 😍😍😍
