Put the fat cap on the pan then put it down on a bit of butter o just its own fat if enough rendered out no oil ever should touch a steak

First of all let me say that my brother-in-law and I love watching your videos and trying some of your awesome recipes. Unfortunately I came across this video and the rich people problems you have finally came out in sickening fashion. Besides rambling on about how great this piece of meat was, your whining about trimming tiny slivers off of the first steak you cut to "square it up" truly let your rich, entitled colrs show thru. Oh the shame of leaving a $100+ steak that will just end up swirling down the porcelain pot alone. Wow, rich people problems make the rest of the world sick.
