    Bruv I swear to fuck how do normal people enjoy steaks slathered in olive oil it doesn’t matter if it’s Wagyu or not
    Put the fat cap on the pan then put it down on a bit of butter o just its own fat if enough rendered out no oil ever should touch a steak

  2. Yay Crack..iykyk..what id do with the solid $1k slab is alil Low&Slow on an old country brazos offset..then a nice long rest(preferably in a warmer)..treat it like a brisket let’s goo!!!

  3. Sammy, mate! You need to watch people who break down a Sirloin but and then emulate. The picanha is only a small part of this whole thing. You also have the sirloin filet and then and another part you can steak . Again, refer to Guga.

  4. First of all let me say that my brother-in-law and I love watching your videos and trying some of your awesome recipes. Unfortunately I came across this video and the rich people problems you have finally came out in sickening fashion. Besides rambling on about how great this piece of meat was, your whining about trimming tiny slivers off of the first steak you cut to "square it up" truly let your rich, entitled colrs show thru. Oh the shame of leaving a $100+ steak that will just end up swirling down the porcelain pot alone. Wow, rich people problems make the rest of the world sick.
