This is a keto recipe I make often with chicken breast. Sometimes I add mushrooms. It's so good. I make my own ranch seasoning so it's all natural. I don't like packaged seasoning. If I use tortillas and onion rings, it would no longer be keto. lol

Sam, I make a version of this but definitely season the chicken – salt, pepper, paprika, and a packet of ranch seasoning.

Before you made the addition of the peppers and carrots, there wasn't a vegetable in sight, which is somewhat characteristic of the midwest.
How about chorizo, beans maybe, maybe dry rub and sear the chicken first? Deconstruct a corn dog and pour it on top? Oh, rice somewhere maybe. For some reason I was thinking pickle but I don't know why.
