OMG! I've made these for the last couple of years and let me tell you, browning the butter and adding the orange zest takes these up many notches! Your version is by far the best!

the actual starbucks bliss bars formula contains candied ginger (3T) into the batter and a 1/8 t. more salt.
I’ve made these before and spreading the batter on the pan was sooooo sticky. Maybe I overworked the batter? I’m gonna try your recipe. 👍 Thanks for sharing this one! 😁

Why are the measurements so different than what you are doing in this video . Like it says 1/2 cup of unsalted butter which us 4 oz but you have about 8 oz of butter in your pan in this video
