I like hard boiled eggs in pasta salad as well to give it some protein. It can be a light meal in the summer when the heat makes you less hungry.

Ours in KY is elbow noodles green pepper onion pimentos salt pepper and MIRACLE WHIP! We call it macaroni salad.
