4oz of Sharp Cheddar (or gruyere, american or swiss)
Salt and Pepper to taste

  3. As a European its sometimes hard to keeping track of what certain veggies are called in other countries. Over here yellow squash and zucchini would both be 'courgette'
    Other fun ones are escarole, chicory and (belgian) andive, they get mixed up in translation a lot.
    As andive looks a lot like the Dutch word 'andijvie' which would be escarole and the Dutch term for (belgian) andive is 'witlof'… and then there's even discussions between Americans is its called belgian andive or chicory… but escarole apparently is also part of the chicory family 😅😅😅
