We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.

If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.

Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

  1. I have food allergies and suffer from IBS, and eat just like this 95% of the time. I've found that Asian cuisine is the easiest on my digestive system. It also is hella-delicious. With the exception of the eggs which I cannot have anymore, so I use either a plant based egg, or tofu. Thanks for sharing!

  2. I love that you were explaining the parsley/cilantro bit. I’m like you and believe everything needs a little green. I never run out of fresh parsley, cilantro and green onions. Even though I live near Seattle, I grow an amazing herb garden every year. My rosemary and thyme are evergreen, but my sage and mint are already springing up. I am super excited for my “greens” mentioned above! Thanks for another amazing video! We love you and the boys!❤

  3. I have to admit I've enjoyed catching up on all your videos and there hasn't been anything I don't really like that I've seen you make. I'm not a fan of seafood or mushrooms but some of the things you've made I'm going to have to try!! Thanks for what you do, I really enjoy your shows.

  4. That breakfast is definitely delicious, but you're WAY over 250 kcals with all the oil you used. It wouldn't be too much, depending on the macros that you ate for the rest of the day.

  5. I loved seeing the healthier side of your daily meals. I love watching your channel but I never cook the food because, well, I'm a 52 year old woman who would be a lard-A if I did. But these recipes I will make! Thank you!
