Looks awesome, what a great smoker, what you are calling a porter house, in Australia we call that cut a T bone verry common cut and my favorite cut for beef.

Dude any smoker or anyone that cooks knows you can’t put any of those meats or fish on at the same time for the same amount of time like this suggests. A chicken takes way longer than porter house at a completely different temp let alone salmon with mac and cheese! This guy is laughable!!!😂😂😂
