  1. ketchup and mustard in chili?? wtf? you lost me there. I get a 28oz can of whole san marzano tomatos and put them in a blender with chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and garlic cloves, that is my base. as far as seasoning, salt, chili powder and cumin are the 3 mandatory ones.

  2. Got to try this recipe it looks Great and I bet the tasty too!!!! I use tomato paste with spicy V-8 juice 1 or 2 small cans of it when making my hamburger with onions garlic chopped cayenne pepper jalapeño pepper chopped little salt n black pepper. Got to try Jiffy Muffin Mix❤❤❤❤❤

  3. Sam my wife made the cornbread bake last week it was great. She made it again yesterday but this time stead of chili she used sausage gravy for the base and jalapeño corn bread on top! Might replace biscuits and gravy for me! You should try it.

  4. Sam! Zero judgment because I am far from a professional chef/cook! I have to ask, does it make a difference to season ground meats before you cook it up? I always season whole meats before cooking, grilling etc. what’s the difference? I do season ground meats about half way thought or sometimes from the start. My husband has noted a difference when I season early. What the proper way?
