1/2 cup of Dry White Wine
1 cup of Beef Stock
1 Tbsp of Butter

  1. Great vid, great recipe … and I beg to differ, this dish, the way you just made it, is definitely worth capturing on a photo just because to look at it makes the mouth water. Throw over the taters or noodles with veggies and it's a great dinner pic. I'm using the concept for some leftover rare tri-tip and this is perfect!! Thanx very much!
