How to Make Chicken Nuggets at Home the Easy Way! Plus Special Dipping Sauce

CHICKEN NUGGETS INGREDIENTS:
2 lb of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into pieces
1 Egg
1/2 cup of Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
1-1/4 cups of Flour
1 tsp of Onion Powder
1 tsp of Garlic Powder
1 tsp of Paprika
Light Olive Oil for shallow frying

For the dipping sauce:
1/2 cup of Mayo
1/4 cup of BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp of Yellow Mustard
2 Tbsp of Honey
Dash of Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt to taste

  1. Jersey girls are the best! Just bought an air fryer, and would have done this with bread crumbs idk why it seemed like how they're made. TBH, last nuggets I ate were Burger Kings's, like…. uhhhhh…… can't remember. At least ten years, even 20 ago – I don't do Fast Food much, never did, but not at all forever now.

    Bought some Tyson frozen today, came looking for sauce ideas – ended up making one up I liked. But, I tend to make stuff from scratch as much as possible. Will try these when the Tyson runs out – got everything I need already – chicken in freezer etc..

    Fwiw, my dip sauce for today was: Mayo, ground Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Celery Salt, Cardamom, Turmeric, Mustard Powder Use you instincts!

  2. The way that I do my chicken nuggets is I grind my chicken breast using the fine grinding plate. The I take the ground chicken breast and dust it with cornstarch and then I seasoned it with poultry seasoning then I divided and roll it into balls and then flatten the balls out and then dip it in the egg batter and the and dredge them in the plinko bread crumbs and then deep fry them until they float until the golden brown. They look like the chicken nuggets that you get from McDonald's or buy out of the grocery store they're much more better because they're homemade and you don't have to worry about any of the preservatives.
