  1. I wasn’t expecting a lot from this recipe- Laura even said you won’t wow anyone. I made it yesterday as a starter and it was the best soup I’ve ever made. I used ground chicken thigh, as I didn’t know which to get. I followed this to the letter and I was stunned at how complex and perfect it was. 11/10.

  2. I've made this several times since I found the video. Normally I use ground turkey. Today I'm making it with Italian sausage squeezed out of the casing instead of ground sausage. Smells great so far.

  3. Hi Laura how are you doing? I really am your greatest fan anymore. I known you two years through your pictures by someone saying they were you. It took me a year and a half to find out it was a lie, and because of my brother that help me I found out who you really were. And you liberated me from a lie. I never knew you before in action in video but now you are the best chef for me and I appreciate you very much. You’re the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen. All of your dishes are fabulous. But I still have this person. DM me saying that you. But I know the truth now she even uses your daughter Mia because she sees she is you. But either way, I’m grateful to the Lord that I know who you really are and I admire you very very much. Thank you very much. May the Lord bless you, Joe and Mia and your whole family.

  4. Ms. Or miss Laura or who ever bought her rights!!! . I know for sure you are reruns. Get back to me because I am frustrated about this bullshit. Laura is in hiding. Joe get your shit together because I am going to bring you to light . You and Laura are together anymore. And this your rerun or maybe the rights belong to another or agency. I got message of the real Laura.

  5. Help! I don't have any recipes from the Italian side of my family. I make a very basic Wedding Soup from a recipe I found on the internet, but yours looks much better. I want to make something my family might have made in the past. All my grandparent's parents were from a town in the Basilicata region of Italy, Trivigno. Do you know any soups or pasta dishes from that region?

I don't recall much about my Grandmother's cooking, pork neck bones in a rich gravy that was not sweet, but mostly basic American Italian. I remember Papagrande saying they kept goats in the backyard when he was a kid and goat was very good. The internet says recipes from Basilicata were mostly vegetarian because the area was so poor.

  6. Two weeks ago I made your homemade chicken and dumpling soup. Tonight I am making your homemade chicken gnocchi soup, this will be my next soup . thank you for all the wonderful recipes. I really enjoy your channel .Anytime I am looking for an authentic Italian recipe I always use your recipes.

  7. Just started cooking with tortellini last year when I discovered the viral tortellini soup. My family LOVES it, would love to see more recipes using the pre-made tortellini ❤

  8. It looks amazing! I miss stuff like this. Haven't had good Italian food since I learned that I can't eat onions and garlic. One day I'm going to have to figure out how to make things like this without such important ingredients, but where it will still be flavorful.
