3:25 I live in los angeles… I work on set… the caterers are always mexican… and Huevos Ranchers are on EVERY caterers menu. Their beans always seem to have a little more … idk… almost stew like? Or straight up refried beans. Yours don't have the right consistency.

Huevos rancheros are made with “frijoles refritos”, mashed beans WITHOUT THE LEMON JUICE, and red or green salsa, not “pico de Gallo”
