  1. Ok, so I just made this and followed her recipe to a tee, not near enough sauce for that amount of noodles. Knowing how noodles soak up sauce i fortunately could see there was not going to be enough sauce and I cut back on the noodles. So just be care following her recipe of her website, you need more sauce.

  2. It's delicious and so easy to make:) Definitely less work than with the traditional baked version:) I added diced bell peppers and a few diced mushrooms to the meat (wanted to use up what was left in my fridge:))… One thing, though – keep to Laura' s measurements:) I cooked a little bit too much pasta (15 rather than 12 oz) and the lasagna turned out a bit dry (you know how quickly pasta absorbs liquids, right? :)). Nonetheless, it turned out beautifully delicious, and was equally great when I re-heated leftovers the next day:)

  3. I just made this recipe follow each step and everyone was so pleased , this will be part of my weekly quick meals really simple but full of flavor . Thank you , Laura many blessings to you and family .😍
