Love your recipes however disagree with adding beautiful shrimp to a pot of water no matter how you much you flavour the water….much better ways to treat those delicious morsels. Steaming and sautéing so much better.I never cook any of my seafood in a pot of water so it can take away most of the flavour. Hope she saves that water.

Laura – great channel. The print version of this recipe calls for "prepared mustard" in the sauce, not horseradish as you did in the video.
If you buy the shrimp in the shell, sauteed shells are a good starting point for the poaching liquid.
