  1. oh my gosh, my brother and I love both to cook and we are going to spend Thanksgiving together and since we both like to cook we have both decided that we are willing to make mac and cheese and I saw your video and would definitely give your recipe a shot. it looks temptatious and of course good enough to eat

  2. I made this mac and cheese for the 4th of July, and it was a smashing hit! I forgot to add the cream cheese, but it didn't need it. I baked it in a cast iron pan, and the edges turned brown and crispy. I won't need to look for another mac and cheese recipe ever again!

  3. My guess is you will not read this comment and IF you do you will continue to ignore me and the 100's of people who has already expressed their dissatisfaction!!!!! You have been doing your video's for a long time now and have become one of my go to for GOOD recipes.. But NO MORE. Just trying to read one of your recipes now takes a detective just to try to find it. Click after click after click and still no recipe. Come back down to earth and show appreciation for your followers.

  4. Made the Mac and cheese recipe last night for New years eve 🎉 for the get-together. Incredible once again, this was my 2nd go around making this recipe. I added the Swiss cheese this time. Added another level to it! I recommend it.
    Happy New Year '24.

  5. Just popped mine in the oven and I'm so excited. The sauce was delicious. I decided to skip the guyere and substitute it for pepper jack because I like a little bit of a kick. I put everything in the pan and then licked the spoon clean. I know this is gonna be amazing!

  6. Here is what I love about Laura, she seriously digs deep with her recipes. Others, I think people try to copy her and add a twist, not the same. Also, I just love her. I use her hamburger helper many times a year, her sugar cookies are amazing, and if I need to find something, I'm damn sure she found a better recipe. Theresa, from Wyoming.

  7. Making this for a barbecue tomorrow. Will only add breadcrumbs, parm and olive oil for a crispy top 😉

As always with your recipes… HOME RUN!!

  8. Laura I love you but "2 cups of shredded cheddar" is a meaningless measurement. How much is that by weight?? I was gonna make this recipe but now I gotta find another because I don't know how much cheese to buy.

  9. I've made this twice now! Once for Thanksgiving and then just today for my grandsons 2nd birthday and it is sooo sooo damn delicious!! I make one tray of it gluten-free and one regular. The GF I just sub the flour with GF cup 4 cup flour and use Barilla GF elbows and do all measurements exactly the same. Bravo Laura!!

  10. Laura I’ve always loved you but your videos lately seem like you’re doing it just to do it and a little harsh on telling it how it is. Take it from a LONG time viewer, make it fun and smile again like before. Your recipes are great and we love you!!❤

  11. Making Mac & Cheese tonight but wanted to try a different recipe. This is right up my alley. Might put some bread crumbs or crushed potato chips on top of the cheese cause we like a crunch.

  12. I made this recipe and it was delicious. The only problem I have with it is that it was a little bit on the greasy side? I want to know if that’s to be expected or what perhaps did I do wrong? I didn’t skimp on using all the fats and I followed the recipe, except I did notice that it wasn’t as juicy and as liquidy as Ms Laura’s in the video? Please help

  13. I have not tried this yet, but I have been making your first video of Mac & Cheese with pancetta & breadcrumbs & it's the bomb! I haven't made any other since, but will give this a try because I love your recipes.
