  1. I made this about a week ago and my 3 year old daughter seem to enjoy it!! Which is great since it has spinach in it. I did substitute the tomatoes for the jar roasted red peppers and it was good! The meatballs were really good and not dry at all!

  4. My boyfriend and I made this today – We just substituted the cherry tomatoes with sun dried tomatoes and did not use white wine. SO FREAKING BOMB! The meatballs came out so juicy, not dry at all. We made this entree with my famous rice pilaf! It’s hard to find the recipe, but just follow what she does and you’ll get it. We used about 1 cup each of stock and heavy cream.

  5. My beautiful grandmother taught me a wonderful trick to beat onion tears, take two wooden matches and put them (lighting side out of course) , one in each corner of your mouth , as you dice onions. Problem solved.
