  1. The recipe is hard to find on her website, but if you do a search for "ground chicken" and scroll down a bit, it will be there as "Spicy Chicken Kababs"! Looks great! I'm going to try it tonight.

  2. These kabobs were delicious but were not dense enough to stay on the skewer so they ended up looking like elongated chicken meatballs! Not sure what I did wrong as I followed the recipe exactly. And I used metal skewers. Any ideas? The salad and tahini were perfect!

  3. Laura you never seem to amaze and surprise me with your recipes… and the way you eat, makes me hungry for what you’re eating, even though I’m eating while I’m watching your videos hahahah. I’m Lebanese and this dish hit that spot for me … very similar to how I cook my meals too, but this looked so good in a pita and that salad…. I loved that idea for a lunch
    Thank you 🩶🌸

  4. I made this last night and it was so delicious!!! I make chicken kabobs all the time but never thought to use ground chicken…the shape of the kabobs are hilarious 😂 always love your recipes, thank you! 😍

  5. I tried something similar with beef once but I had to make them slender cause they kept falling off the skewers 😩 looked like turds in the end but they tasted okay haha!

  6. First time commenting long time watcher. I’m Arab, and I have to say the best and I can’t emphasize it enough the best salad that goes well with kabobs or saffron rice or any Middle Eastern dish tbh is diced white onions and diced tomatoes olive oil salt pepper and lemon it’s simple but it’s transformative.

  7. The best kebabs I ever had was in Zubeyir Ocakbasi in Istanbul… especially their lamb kebabs…it was charred and smoky, so juicy for a kebab with bits of fat and they had some magic spice rub to it
