  1. What I like to do is poach the eggs first then pour some egg whites or just scrambled an egg to put in the holes as a bed for the poched eggs to go in. Next, pour the rest whites/scramble egg around the poached eggs to lock them into the bread. It's a few extra steps but you get your creamy yokes for dipping.

  2. Hi I was wondering if you guys have had a chance to think about cooking the Omelet bites made by Duncan or lucky said I think they are also called just just egg bites made by Starbucks

  3. Make some biscuits homemade of course. But add cheese and garlic and cracked black pepper. Make them thin but not too thin. Lay a piece of ham then the egg. Sprinkle with cheese. Under broiler, oh my.

  6. I really like you guys so I want to be nice but this is just fu€Kin stupid. This an idea I’d expect from a bunch of frat house guys that don’t know how to cook. I expect more from you guys. And then to call it “mY NeW fAvOrIte BrEaKfAst” come on… I’m not mad I’m disappointed lol

I always put smoked paprika on my eggs, especially when making my egg pizza (discovered the "egg pizza" one day when putting a shitload of toppings on an omelet I was making and decided it would fall apart if I tried to fold it). I also put coarse kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, sriracha and a dash of half n half into the mix. Pour that into a 10" pan and let the eggs start to set, then add a generous amount of toppings of your choice. When I'm feeling lazy I just add cheese (usually swiss), and if not feeling lazy add mushrooms, onions, and/or some type of meat to the cheese.
