We really just have one goal – to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin – then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

Looks like a great sandwich. Unfortunately, the dough is under-fermented so it didn’t get a good rise in the oven getting that fluffy and crunchy texture
this also works with canned store bought pizza dough! You just roll it out as thin as possible between to sheets of parchment paper. Very picky eating family and this helps me make something that everyone enjoys! 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes (depending on how crisp/chewy you want it.)
Looks different but ill try it
Sam, I can teach you how to make pizza dough.
I woulda put it back in the oven for a little second
Panuozzo is a delightful Italian culinary creation that’s essentially a pizza sandwich originating from the Campania region. It’s made using pizza dough that’s baked until it puffs up like a pillow, then sliced open and filled with various ingredients such as cheese, meats, and vegetables.
The invention of Panuozzo dates back to 1980, and it was first introduced at the pizzeria Mascolo in Gragnano, a town near Naples. The traditional Panuozzo can be quite large, measuring 25-30 cm in length, and is double-baked to achieve a crispy exterior and a soft interior. Common fillings include combinations like pancetta and mozzarella or prosciutto ham and mozzarella.
Some balsamic glaze and red wine vinegar. The best. Black olives maybe? Imagine some mortadella too 🙂 Endless possibilities.
That’s a Panuozzo!
What is your cutting board made of and where can I get one? Love the show !
Sam: Who doesn't have 3 minutes
Also Sam: Let sit for at least an hour
Love this, but
Is it gooey on the inside 🤮
did this with a can of pizza dough! now my family asks for it at least once a week! I've done the Italian cold cut version and a chicken bacon ranch version. Thinking about trying a buffalo chicken one.
Well dang. Something new I can do with my homemade pizza dough. Minus the pesto. Don't like it at all. And I'd use spinach in place of the arugula. Otherwise, looks amazing.
Made this tonight for dinner. It was amazing!!!
Why does my pizza flour. "00", tell me to let the dough sit for 24hrs?
And only add an 1/8th teaspoon instant yeast.
As a sandwich guy who loves pizza lol…this is brilliant and Im def going to try it.
2:15 how dare you go Canadian after giving us a full on PRAWCESSOR at 1:16. Canadian citizenship revoked.
Looks wonderful!! I’d add some aged balsamic though 🤤
Omurice please!
It reminds me of the Puccia of southern Italy.
This looks fantastic! 🚀🚀
After you built the sandwich why didn't you put it back in the pizza oven to melt the cheese and warm the meat
Yum 🍻 boys
In South Africa 🇿🇦 we have a pizza pie. Its a folded pizza (already stuffed with the normal toppings you would have put on a pizza) then topped with extra cheese on top before put in the oven.
I feel like its a taco?
I live in Georgia. We have 4 pizza joints. Jennifer Anniston filmed a movie in my hometown town. Wonderlust! She rated our local pizza joint as 5 stars. It sux. So expensive now. Not worth the $.
Made this tonight…..outstanding
So, an open-ended calzone…y'all must be running out of ideas.
Just a splash of red wine vinegar would have made it a true work of art!
Uncle Frank 😊
Just like Old Dan's Records
Sing it Sam!!! 🎶
Have a laugh we used to go to the local chip in Scotland and have a deep fried pizza and chips put the chips in the pizza and fold in it over a brilliant sandwich
That’s a panini.
Maybe put it back in the oven for a couple minutes?
I really thought you'd put it back into the oven for a hot minute, to melt that moz, before closing it up
I think in Italy this would be called a PANINO
Surprised Sam never did a leftover turkey recipe. Turkey chili or enchiladas perhaps?
Whats with the "two in the pink and one in the stink" hand on the counter?
Think Sam forgot to mention the corn meal acting as mini ball-bearings 😉
Looks great. But why not slide it back in the oven to warm it up, melt the cheese a little, and bring out the flavors in everything? Just a thought.
Sam
My favorite sandwich is all those fillings in focaccia, so I imagine this variation is also delicious! The only thing missing was a drizzle of balsamic.
Wow that looks delicious! I don't have a pizza oven.
