  1. The mushroom should be cooked separately and then added at the end. Cooking the mushroom twice and with the rice is not a good idea. the mushroom will be cooked to hell and very soggy from the amount of water it will absorb. By the way, no garlic, and no sage also in risotto. Thanks

  2. Luv this guy just started watching him cook, great job showing how to make a recipe , fast to the point, chicken breasts on the grill with the pita bread, loved it, now risotto, l have toplay it back , because I suck at making this.
